As long as the judge was on the right side of history , that shouldn’t have been a problem. I’m sure none of this is going on with the judge in the Trump trial either.

It just shows to go you that it may take years, but Trump ends up clean. Even the classified docs case(where he looks most guilty) he ends up winning because the statute says he has 5 years to negotiate with NARA.
