Rodgers has already beat him once. He took a sack and he also took the win in Oakland.

I should report this post because it is absolute raping.

Are you saying Peppers was a disappointment? He definitely was not. One of the best FA signings the Bears ever made.

Great FA signing. Couldn’t get the Bears past Rodgers. Mack isn’t good enough too either.

I'm a Bears fan, but AIDS will probably get Rodgers before the Bears do.

Also the peppers signing would have occurred at the end of Mack’s new deal. This is 27 year old Mack, not 31 year old peppers.

True. Oakland has a better quarterback.

The Raiders roster basically consisted of two players.

First let me say I truly appreciate the work you guys are doing here. I wish I had your guys confidence in how this all goes.

But couldn't it pretty much be said that as of right now the Bears roster consists of two players as well? Howard and Mack

No one wishes for the Packers to rest in peace more than I do....but unfortnuately I just dont see it yet.

Hicks, Amos, Trevathan, Goldman (when healthy)...hell even Fuller would've been a standout on that Raiders defense last year. Plus the Bears have some recent picks like Eddie Jackson, Roquan and Floyd who are in real positions to succeed now. The Bears are bringing better linebackers off the bench in Kwiatkowski and Lynch (eh, the latter might not be so hot...) than what the Raiders started last year. Bruce Irvin is alright I guess, its hard to be bad with Mack taking up all the attention. But the rest of them were utter dogshit. Look at this preseason primer for the 2017 Raiders defense https://justblogbaby.com/2017/05/03/set ... pth-chart/.

Offense is closer. Raiders have a decent OL and Cooper is pretty good. But Mack doesn't play offense so I dont see how that's really relevant.

Bears still finish no better than 8-8 anyway.

We might be able to beat them later on at home but we are getting destroyed this Sunday. The season doesn't really start for us until week 2.

Until Rodgers retires the division will always remain with the Packers. Any other argument is delusional.

Unfortunately the Packers will as usual lose in the divisional round to a more complete team. Management will just excuse it as usual as "aw shucks". Rinse and repeat until Rodgers retires.

The thing is the more complete team in the division. Actually, two of the more complete teams.

The Lions are not more complete than the Packers.

ha ha

Go position-by-position and the Bears are way better than the Packers almost everywhere. QB, OT and WR go to the Packers...the Bears are better everywhere else. I wont say those aren't important positions but that's it. Maybe some special teams shit. The fact that the Packers spend almost every pick they have on defensive backs and still have a shitty defensive backfield is sad.

FavreFan, aka, John Kerry, really needs to pick a lane on Roquan Smith, is he a future HOF? Or a poor man's Black Fucking Martinez?

Also everyone kinda knows the Packers WR kinda suck and Rodgers props up the group substantially. But whatever I don't want the argument so I'll concede it.

Smith will be great but Martinez is better right now. Tackling machine.
