Closing after 90 years. What is the best Chinatown restaurant/experience?

I loved Hong Min, until the curious fire ended their run a year after appearing on the first season of Check Please!

Chiam used to be the place we'd go to when I was a kid.

RIP someplace to park in Chinatown.

I found this out when I went on the 3rd and they closed on the 1st.

We have been going here for 15+ years and now have to look for another spot. They mentioned about possibly reopening again but I guess we shall see.

Owner was 90 working 7 days a week and sounds like none of the children/nieces/nephews were interested in running it.
