Anyone catch the first 10 minutes of the show today ? Mike, and Fred to some extent, are blasting the media for the Mark Buerhle news that may not be news. Mike says the media is terrible, and doesn't know who broke the story about Buerhle signing, but says the media is constantly rushing stories that is wrong.

Fred mentions that he hoped it wasn't the Score who broke that story, and they went on to make fun of Ofman for about 2 minutes.

Mike claims to have listened to B/B yesterday, and somehow didn't hear the 'Score is reporting' about 20x yesterday.

Yeah I thought that was strange too...it didn't take anyone listening to the Score for more than 5 minutes yesterday to hear them (the Score in general) boasting about this story. I did hear Dan caution that it was not final, but in the morning when it was first mentioned and for hours afterward, the way they were presenting it was that it was fact, not "reportedly"
