Rather than start a new topic about how the sound of her voice irritates the shit out of me, I'll just bump up this one to complain about today's show.

This show is $%@#$# awful WITH or WITHOUT Annie. I swear. No direction, dumb bits...you know who would be a perfect fit for this show?

Speaking of Jen, anyone catch Mike drooling over here "summer dress" on monday? From the sound of it, she spent her last raise get, err, enhanced.

I'm shocked there aren't any women's groups calling for his head.

I'm a big fan of sun dresses. It's by far my favorite summer garb for women.

It must be about money. Mike brings in all the advertisers, so his show is pretty much Pappy's Playground. What a douchebag. BAD!

I think Amy Jacobson should be brought in to do news updates. She could bring her two sons along, as well as a small plastic pool - and a two piece bathing suit (otherwise known as a bikini).

When Jen-Jen reads the news it sounds just like one of those local cable shows in which high school students read the news and interview other students. Totally unprofessional for a major market. I haven't heard North say if this is temporary but I sure hope so. Can an outside contractor like Monica Desantis (sp?) add news to her traffic reports?

I just find it funny. Before this show began they searched high and wide for an Executive Producer and a News Lady.

They both get fired as scapegoats and the great Jen Jen replaced both positions.

Cmon. That is pretty funny.

God it's just bad radio. The first thing I hear this morning when I turn on my radio is him saying how great she looks and how she always looks great and on and on. She's cute, but does not have a radio voice.

This, combined with newly divorced Colin Cowherd now always going on about the "baby dolls" is driving me batty. Have your mid-life crisis on your own time, not my sports talk radio listening time.

Wow. Thats funny, I never thought of it that way. And Jen was there before the executive producer and the news lady came right?

To me the funny thing is that Jen frequently comes off as a lot smarter than Mike and Fred. In the brief moments I've listened over the past few days, she has done a good job of demonstrating the stupidity of Mike's views.

Heck, Mike's dead dog comes across smarter than Fred and Mike.

I think Mike's looking for the hot chick sidekick type deal, and if means letting her read the news and posting some picture of her on the net, it's all about Mike trying to be like the Howard Stern of sports radio. At least that's my opinion.

Doesnt even need the talent. Been touting the hot chick angle since I saw the first picture of Annie and I said it would be a trainwreck.

Aslo was reading my Sun Times and saw Annie still in that NASCAR competition and now show is listed as a RADIO VETERAN

Should say Grizzled RADIO VETERAN

Don't know if this was answered or not. She's, or was, the engineer working the show. Hence Jen Jen The Engine!

Engineer? Jen-Jen?

You mean the person at the station who works on the equipment and fixes the technical difficulties? No. She was never an engineer.

In fact, if you were to ask Jen-Jen how radio works her response would probably be. "I don't know. It's like magic or something."

I'll bet Jen-Jen has notes in her bathroom reminding her not to bring the hair dryer in the tub.

She wasn't an engineer. "Jen-Jen the engine" was given to her by Doug from what people have said. It's Doug. There is nothing deep about it other then it rhymes.
