I remember in the 90s young people use to just carelessly cross the street. not at the crosswalk but in the middle of the damn street. not even looking if a car was coming. Screeched dozen of times when this would happen back in the 90s. I dont know if thats still a thing today.

but what was he doing? the story makes it sound like he was aimlessly doing this. maybe we will learn more.
