RR invited Seacrest and me into his world. I still don't know why. To the point, he grouped texted us about his illness and his fear of the outcome a couple of years ago. Did RR have a little more edge to him over the last 7 years or so? Did he cross lines that were uncharacteristic of him? Sure.
