There’s no reason to cut him. It’s reasonable money on the last year of a deal. He’s got all the motivation to play well. If he’s just a 3rd receiver for the bears that’s fine for this year and you move on.

It sucks we gave up that high second round pick but that’s done.

Plus poles would look like an incompetent gm for not giving him a full year after trading such a high pick. He won’t do that.
