Turned in late in the day and Shane is not there today. Has anything been said about things? Maybe a suspension?

I don't listen enough to have an opinion of Shane, but I did listen to his rant. I'm not offended and could really care less, but people have been let go in this era for far less.

Every single time there is an issue between employer and employee, he sides with the employer. He displays absolute disdain for the middle class.

He may have a couple of social issues in which his position is more liberal but all of his instincts and actions are conservative.

I don't think he should be suspended, but the entire station has, shockingly in lock step, decided to become offended at any suggestion that Chicago is a crime ridden city. Dan and Laurence have had multiple segments now laughing at that suggestion, calling anyone who suggests that names, and pointing how beautiful parts of the city are and what great museums/food is here. Seems odd to be that offended by people who you think are beneath you and then to respond the way Shane did. Seems a bit thin skinned.

Is Shane a borderline dwarf?

He was definitely suspended. The tone of the hosts the last 2 days makes it clear. References today to him being back Thursday.

I tend to agree with Dolphin that much of what Bernstein says on his show and does on Twitter are performative. That being said, by any reasonable definition, he's still a liberal/progressive.

I tuned in yesterday during transition and they were talking about the Ja Morant gun IG live. All 3 others were saying Ja is trying to gain street cred, was born middle class, show he is gangsta style. The obvious of what is going on with him Dan said it could be due to republican family Christmas Cards holding guns. I have never ever laughed so hard! First of all, those cards are the dumbest things I have ever seen. Second, so Dan Bernstein!!!!!! The guy took an ultra extreme blue pill....his tweets and everything is the rights fault. It has gotten comical Spiegs even said not a chance Dan or going up wrong theory. I really hope the Shane thing is a suspension, which I assume with him not being in, total silent and not fired. What he said was stupid with the mom and telling a female(who is a horrible person) to not show face is gonna get a punishment. Producers are trying to get by and need the job. End of the day with promotions they do, share bonus, they still only clear probably 70 a year. They need these jobs

References today to him being back Thursday. The more I think about this, I think we should be outraged that Bernstein, Holmes, Parkins and the rest of the hot take lefties who are so quick to condemn other people have nothing to say about these comments. Just last week, Bernstein and Holmes wanted the West Viriginia (Hugglins?) coach fired for saying a word that is hateful, but Shane actually threatened violence. Why is nothing being said? I don't understand it. By their standards, Shane should have been cancelled/fired, etc.
