P & S jumped on Brad Biggs' not wanting the Bears to lose-out saying moving up in the draft wasn't important compared to winning meaningless games building culture. A gimme for P & S with Biggs' silly take. But didn't P & S do what Biggs' did wanting the Cubs to win in tank years to build culture with throw away "journeyman" players.

I listened to a bit of the podcast from yesterday's show and Spiegs was condescending to a caller who wasn't sold on Justin fields. It's amazing how full of crap Spiegs is, this is a guy who can't control his weight and has been married like three times.

What was the reason for that?

Dan and son Jason are doing a Bulls podcast called "Organizations Win Championships" and the Score is promoting it.

God, I legitimately can't tell if this is a bit.

 He sounds just like Bernsie too, and he said that after last year he couldn't hardly root for the Blackhawks any more. You could almost hear him sigh as he started it.

The Danettes at least offer something entertaining.

I actually enjoyed the conversation with Jason Bernstein--I'm even gonna listen to the podcast!

Year later and Parkins still clueless. Love it! I am liberal as they come, but this sideshow clown shouldn't have a job. Why Cowherd and Nick Wright, who is a dumbass well prop this clown up is beyond me.

Parkins is skeptical about Kevin Warren. Speigel said he is excited about new hires, especially when it's a change from what had been done before. That was a bit of an ironic thing for him to say.

He’s not skeptical about Kevin warren. He’s saying the role itself is not the primary determinant for wins on the field. That’s what his contention is.

If he is good at his job, the Mc Caskeys are the primary beneficiaries. Maybe that dribbles down to the fans in ancillary ways.

Yeah he has a pretty good twitter thread explaining his thoughts.

Basically saying Warren does not matter and that Fields and Poles will determine if things are good or not.

Warren not mattering is a best case scenario. Warren may very much matter if he decides he’s a football guy and not a lawyer.

He matters inasmuch as Poles reports to him, so he has control over Poles' future.

If he starts telling Poles how to construct a roster or which coaches to hire, then it’s a problem. I don’t think they need layers upon layers of executives in the organization to over see specialized areas of the business. If poles’ teams suck, let the lawyer fire him.

I'm pretty sure the fish he intends to fry is way up in Arlington Heights. That's where his payday is.

Correct. The sports side of the thing is where you get fired because the results are immediate and obvious. "The guy who builds the new stadium" is a 10 year job with near zero blowback until fannies hit their seats.

Hub really went heavy with Parkins & Spiegel how dreadful Fields is as a passer. Of course P & S played the Fields is a victim card. But they weren't as vehement in their arm twisting getting Hub to say uncle. They must of been scolded how they treated Hub on his previous 2 visits hysterically praising Fields certain passing improvement as fact but in reality it's only hope. Hub has a wealth of patience with these 2 clowns.

Interesting. Hub is usually the first guy to defend whoever the current Bears QB is to the bitter end.

Hub was lucid and rational when painting a negative outlook on Fields. He was more rational than Parkins and Spiegal, especially with their little bitch ass QB1 party.

The duo that is in their first 6 years on the job, their original job. Not like here or most other places where 5 years in you have to fire everybody and start over. 6 playoff wins and a SB loss..one win away from another SB with their 3rd string QB.

The Bears have 3 playoff wins the last 23 years. Lol. Don't be a clown.
