I have had a few brief interactions with Bayless and his wife over the years. They've always struck me as earnest and gracious people who go out of their way to make others feel welcome and included. |

I haven't seen it in a while but it was an interesting view on Mexican foods and markets. |

Sometimes I get tired of profane and tattooed line cooks' overinflated opinions of themselves and their current/former industry, but then I think, hey, if I'm sick of hearing this, imagine how their parole officers feel. |

Shane Riordan @shane_riordan Be honest. Are my food tweets getting shadow-banned lately or are you people just sick of that kind of content? Numbers are WAY down compared to what they used to be.
