Larry admitted as much in the Tribune article about his extension. But he would not be someone filling in on the show. Those would be Rozner, and possibly DiCaro. She literally begged for more air time with Parkins, when he asked her a legal question. And she subtweeted when he talked about drafting players who had a past. Will be interesting to see if she does updates with him solo going forward.

No way could Leery get days. Too many people use the elevator during office hours . Too much potential for ass-kickings.

Why do drinky and Larry always take the attitude that "They've been wronged". Do they ever consider the fact that they suck?

I mean it would be like a .240 hitter in the minors being mad at the Cubs that they brought up Kris Bryant over him.

He was a decent listen.
I have no bloody clue what the deal with the long ass simpsons interview was all about other than a simpsons episode getting into the hall of fame but even so.... who fucking cares? What a waste! We could be talking about Jay cutler!

Doing an interview about one of the most famous Simpsons episodes with one of the show's best showrunners is a fine use of February airtime. I still didn't listen because I don't listen to the Score anymore but it must have been good!

I like Parkins just fine and Spiegs was not missed anyway. He is fine solo. Other limp dick wanna be hosts at the Score should take a lesson as to why they were not hired for the slot. Can't do it.

well, it was Al Jean, who also co-created "The Critic" and i liked that Parkins remembered it and remembered the *best* episode, with Siskel & Ebert. that was some nice history.

"The Simpsons" is only around to break records now, but that doesn't take away from how great it was when it was in its prime.

If Parkins wasn't a libtard I'm ashamed to say I think he ain't half bad as a host. Definitely a step up from LoHo & Drinky. And waaaay better than Speigs

This dimwit Parkins has a better resume than Goff. The no talented bunch that is ticked at his being hired should focus their anger on Jason getting promoted. These guys at the score just equal opportunitied out of a job. Too bitch about that though they'd have to turn in their liberal card. Passive aggressive hating on Parkins instead allows them to keep in Danny B. and Mitch's good graces, keeping their current jobs which they are not qualified for.

They're breaking bad on Parkins instead of Jason because Jason came up through the Score. Parkins was a Mac intern at 1000 and then cut his teeth out of town.
