Parkins seems to like them, or at least a good part of what they do.

How is Barstool any different than WSCR was before it "evolved"?

Spiegel kind of brought that up now, saying they've all said things in the past that would not look good now.

Called ESPN reporter a slut, refused to apologize even when ESPN brought them on.

Founder called Sam Ponder a slut and Caller Bob a few years ago. She brought it back up the day before the show aired. Founder said he wished he didn't call her a Caller Bob but doesn't take back the sentiment.

The guy who started Barstool has a long history of saying dumb stuff about women at ESPN. He said something about Sam Ponder and she complained on twitter about it(though she thought that Big Cat did). He then wrote a long rant post that only said "I wish I had said jerk simply because this was hurting us" instead of just apologizing for it being out of line. He then pretty much acted like a dbag for a few days while also outing a hypocrite from another site on things he said. ESPN decided that a guy who literally is the face of Barstool couldn't be doing this while a Barstool branded show was on their airwaves.

The "so she couldn't use this against us" makes it seems like he doesn't think it was a problem besides getting caught.

Well, they may not have known but Sam Ponder clearly remembered and he confirmed it.

However, if he had just said that it was wrong to do and that he apologized the show is probably still going.

Terry Boers called Cheryl Scott a "pin cushion" (That's the 1950s word for slut) and there was no outrage from SCORE people. Larry didn't get mad even though he claimed that Cheryl was like a sister to him.
