Oh, I didn't see that I was being asked to fill people in. I think people already give the gist of it but when they announced Patrick Mannelly was going to host, Dan took time to personally thank Rod Zimmerman for not bringing Mac back, saying that management had been "permissive to a fault" and "accepting to a fault" of Mac's issues with depression and addiction, and that Rod did the right and courageous thing by not offering Mac a contract. Also, with Mac off the roster, now the Score could say that every major host had at least a bachelor's degree (though didn't Mac?), and that this would make the Score a better station than it was before. There may have been some other stuff in there, might be worth combing the archives for the show thread, but it was a look behind the curtain and I didn't like what I saw one bit.

Speaking of only wanting hosts with degrees, but didn't Goff drop out?

1. Mac has a degree from Ball State I believe.
2. Not much of a ringing endorsement for their trusted partner/advertiser.. The Illinois School for Broadcasting, huh?

Perhaps Goff should look to find a way out of his Range Rover lease as he probably won't be able to afford it soon. I'm sure Danny Mac can help him get a nice used Ford before he moves back into full-time

Parking an F-150 in the City is probably fun.

His father is from Omaha and I assumed has polite, Midwest sensibilities. Where did Dan acquire this attitude?

Danny Mac will never get another shot full time at the Score just like Goff will never be replaced or moved to another show. I don’t think the PC/SWJ policies of the station will allow for either. What a fucking shame.

Does Parkins have a disease? Every video of him the Score posts on their Twitter feed, he looks sickly.
