Parkins said he thinks black people have the right to say the n-word (to “take ownership” of it) whereas Mac wondered why it wouldn’t be better if we just declared it off limits to everyone. Parkins said his best black friend uses it all the time with his black friends and even gave Parkins permission when he was with them. Mac then asked Parkins if he and his Jewish friends ever called each other the k-word in a similar fashion.

Not to mention his sanctimony in congratulating Parkins and Mac for taking the subject on. Glad they could please the guy who was undeservedly handed the keys to a successful afternoon show and proceeded to drive it into the ground and get fired because of it.

For someone as woke as Parkins, he really goes to the "I have a black friend." well an awful lot.

I remember using the P word in my family circles somewhat. It has been a pretty long time ago though. Even then it wasn't something fun. Usually we referred to someone pretty recently "off the boat" from the homeland. K word was for those special P girls lol.

The more I listen to them the more I realize Parkins isn't very bright and Mac is extremely intelligent. Mac called Parkins a "North Shore Hillbilly." Was pretty funny.

Parkins has a great radio voice. Reminds me of Waynes World Handsome Dan and Mr. Scream. He just has a good voice for radio.

I do agree his arguments/debating has gotten very lazy/predictable.

I did listen to the podcast of hour 3 and I agree with Parkins. I have been to many NBA games close enough and the N word is said all the time. Not breaking news. I also agree with Parkins on black people should be allowed to say it and white people not.

That said, the "uncomfortable" part is brought on by far left SJW's. I am a liberal, but will never be far left. Goff, Julie, Bernstein, and Parkins fit that role.

Its just to get into an argument and solve nothing. Rational people on both sides get that.
