Terry: Well, I remember you driving me to Pontiack for that concert.

Mac: I never drove you to Pontiack Michigan. And we never saw the Stones together.

Then Mac just moved on to other shit.

Mac is still with it. He would remember driving Terry to Pontiac, Michigan to see the Rolling Stones.

Terry doesn't seem that gone to me. How he thinks that he saw a Rolling Stones concert in Michigan when he didn't is pretty amazing. And funny.

The only thing I'll say in his defense is that maybe he did. But it just wasn't Mac that went with him. Some other friend drove him. But I doubt that as well.

When I was able to meet Terry and get a picture with him.@ Bourbonnais 2009 I pointed out that I HAD to get this picture ASAP cuz Carlin just died and there's no way in hell I'm going to miss out on all of my elderly heroes.

I forget his exact response but it was something along the lines of "oh come on I ain't that old" to which I was like "well you're certainly getting up there" and he snapped back to that and I retorted and we kept going up and back breaking balls / talking shit up and back throughout the whole photograph process. it was everything I coulda expected it to be and thensome (read: goofy ass Deep Woods Goff *banjos* =)

There is a benefit of getting senile.

Terry has this great memory of seeing the Rolling Stones with Da Ma Na. It never happened. But it doesn't matter. Terry has that great memory.

Hopefully, when I'm old and senile, I'll have great memories of banging Cindy Crawford, Jessica Alba and Angelina Jolie.

Thats a FACT. Terry was never shy about making fun of the elderly and infirmed, so if similar humor visits him now on the receiving end so be it. I thought a good deal of the shows he did with Mac were pretty good last week. But there were times Terry did seem a bit confused. Still, more good than bad.
