I saw a story yesterday about a teacher who is suing her school district because she had a baby on the last day of school and wanted to wait until fall (i.e., the start of the new school year) to use her maternity leave. WTF...you don't have enough time off as it is?

I'm not saying fathers get as much leave as a mother, but many jobs out there will offer 1-2 weeks of paternity leave. It's not uncommon.
