I would only trust the opinion of an experienced and powerful employment law attorney, preferably one ho also has handled more than a few high dollar personal injury cases.

Basically, I would start out by going to see Bob Clifford. He would either tell you if you had a case or not, or he would refer you to a colleague who is probably one of the very best this area of practice who could.
