Actually though I’ve always felt broadcasting live press conferences was boring radio. Keep talking live and have some producer chop up tape and tell me the interesting stuff when it’s over.

Id agree except for Bears conferences. Usually between Phillips or Angelo or McCaskey or whomever you'd get some absolutely unintentional hilarity.

They were good when they got the MST3k treatment from Bernstein. Other than that, radio death.
