Nah. I get enough of her befuddled pauses when she is reading copy, I cant imagine the confusion if she had to wing it for a sustained period.

Kerry Sayers should be on TV, and she knows it. Too bad news directors around Chicago all took a pass when Comcast SportsNet didn't renew her contract. If Kerry lands another TV sportscasting gig, it won't be in this market.

She's done a show on the Score at least once before.

She did a Labor Day show with Rosenbloom and it was AWFUL. He asked her what she thought the Bears record will be and she said 10-4. Someone without a basic knowledge of sports shouldn't host a sports talkshow.

I kid, I actually enjoy White Sox weekly. Ranger v Sox callers is classic!

Ranger is pretty good. When she was on there, the callers didn't know whether to be complimentary, or go after her like Ranger.

It didn't really matter, she stumbled through copy and parcelled out little more than canned knowledge of the Pale Hose goings-on.

Guys, Kerry Sayers actually pinch hit on "White Sox Weekly" on a couple of Saturday afternoons this past season when Chris Rongey was off, and needless to say, Kerry sounded kinda nervous. However, Laurence Holmes did pre & postgame on those 2 Saturday broadcasts on 670 The SCORE & the Chicago White Sox Radio Network late in the season, I believe when the Sox were in Anaheim & Oakland respectively.

I just saw Kerry Sayers doing the post game show for the Purdue-Iowa big ten basketball game. She's gone national!

Rick, was that basketball game on the Big Ten Network, DIRECTV 610? I know BTN is headquartered in Chicago, and I thought I saw ESPN Radio 1000's Bryan Dolgin calling a Northwestern women's game channel surfing a few weeks ago...

It was the Big Ten Network. It's the first time I ever saw her on there.

Whovever the guy she was with, Mike Hall or Dave Revsine, said that this is our new addition to the team, she looked a little tan, she been spending time in Mackey's tanning bed.

New addition to the Big Ten Network team, Reents? That's news to me. I know Dave Revsine is to BTN what Matt Vasgersian is to MLB Network and Rich Eisen is to NFL Network if that makes any sense. They're the lead voices on their respective networks...

I thought I heard the guy say that Shark, I think it was Mike Hall, because wasn't Dave Revsine doing the Purdue-Iowa game, if Kerry is not an addtion, could be like Teddy Greinstein and just make occasional apperances.

Although Mike Hall & Dave Revsine spend the bulk of their time in the Big Ten Network studio, Reents, I know for a fact that Mike & Dave will each call a Big Ten game or two during basketball season for the channel.
