Next week plays (I'll repost in next thread.)

Arizona -1 vs. St. Louis (Pinnacle) Soft line, and I expect it to move. If not, I'll be more than happy to ride it out.

Tampa Bay +11 vs. Indy (Pinnacle) I'm really hooing that this one sets up a middling opportunity, especially after the big win over Denver today for the Colts, but I'll be more than happy just to keep it. I don't think people realize that Tampa is pretty OK this year.

New England/Cincinnati under 54

The Pats defense is too good for a total to go this high.

The Bengals are up to 8.5 in some places. If it hits 9, I will pull the trigger.

From the Bodog link above:

Cinci +9 - playing the Home Dog trend from this week. Before this game home dogs went 6-2.

3rd Quarter total over 10 - even without the cameras the Pats make the best halftime adjustments in the league.

4th Quarter Total over 14 - Cinci should be playing catchup at this point and throwing it on every down. Cheap points late.

I played all of the home dogs on the money line yesterday, including Arizona at +220.

Sounds like you had a good month this week, Chus.

Saturday I got healthy, and yesterday I got fat. But to get back to even, there is still much work to do after the disastrous start I have had.

Everyone and their brother is on the Pats, so I will go the other way. I am also gonna throw 1/2 a unit on the ML (+305).

I will also be talking the UNDER 54. I'm feeling OK about the Cincy pick, but if the Pats get out to a big lead, they'll be able to play the pass exclusively and hold down Cincy. I have a feeling that I'll get either the spread bet or the under, but not both, but hey, there's always hope right?

I'll add this to my first post as well.

Sorry Mud and NSJ, but the Wolverines are starting to get on a roll and the Cats lost to Duke last week.

No problem, Darren.

I paid dearly for doubting teams from my home state. Illinois and Northwestern cost me my house.

Seems like everyone here is taking Cinci +9.

I'll go opposite.

Why does what the public does make a difference?

Because the majority of the time, the public loses.

Because the sportsbooks don't pay for those comfy chairs and big screen TVs with rainbows and goodwill.

7-5-1 this week. Not stellar, but it feels good to be back in the black.
