That was seriously the best Kentucky Derby I ever saw. Two Phil's tried his heart out. He was running fourth on the back stretch amid that blistering pace over the first half mile. Yet, he still had the speed to pop out to the lead coming out of the far turn from the inside. Even when Mage caught him with a sixteenth left to go, he didn't quit. He went balls out the entire race. Respect. If Two Phil's runs in the Preakness, he wins. The trainer says he's a "no go". Bleeping run him. What trainer or owner leaves a $1 mil. on the table?? |

If they want to have a summer campaign they should probably shoot for something like the Ohio Derby which would set him up for Saratoga. |
