I think High North has a big shot at a big price. Lot of speed in this race and he figures to get a good set up in here. A little short on the figs but these horses have every right to improve at this stage of their careers.

Also, look out for Torrent in the Bayakoa at Oaklawn.

What about the 6th at San Anita today?

Nice $75K claiming race with this field.

1 Hot Sean 2/1 -
2 Infobedad (ARG) 5/1 - (Mike Smith)
3 Seattle Serenade 6/1 -
4 Cat Burglar 9/5 -
5 Dressed in Hermes 12/1 -
6 Dalmore 7/2 (Desormeaux)

Cat Burglar has the edge.

But, Dalmore coming back after a 7 month layoff with Kent aboard. And a sharp 5f work in Feb. Very interesting.

Dalmore by 7 lengths over Cat Burgler. Wow!

Noble Indy might be the "real deal" in this race. Drew a good post and has Velasquez aboard.

His last effort was very quick for 1 1/16 mi on dirt at GP, the same distance as this race.

The other horse to watch is Instilled Regard. Horse has a lot of class.

I think Noble Indy is going to have to run on the lead here and there's a lot of speed to press him. Instilled Regard has a big chance sitting right behind the leaders. If he's a square price I may go that way. Otherwise, I'm looking at High North and hoping for a complete pace meltdown.

Had Snapper Sinclair at 41-1. Weren't getting any odds on the favorites.

They never showed the photo in the race. When you look at the replay, they just gave the top view, not the close-up view from the side.

Snapper Sinclair was totally underestimated in the race. If you watched his races, he was a good horse with a lot of speed, as he showed.

Horse had the highest WP, after a $350K G1 win last Oct over 7f. There was certainly something there class-wise.

This race goes to show how much the live odds are speed figure biased.
