A lot of randomness today at SAR, like I said.

A 9-1 wins the last race, the $150K stakes race, and a 14-1 in the $62K OC before that.

SAR is the one place where your strategy has to be to play junk, if you have any chance at all to win.

Honestly, they shouldn't have any horse racing in Florida in July and August. That's just cruel to the horses in the heat.

Kind of a black eye for the sport.

5th Race: I don't see how you're gonna get 2/1 on Undervalued Asset, but if you do empty your bank account.

Race 3 not a big fan of the jock aboard, but the 2-Spooky Lady cuts back after finishing 3rd at this level and should be a nice price...think the 5-Healdsburg will be bet down too far

Race 3...the 3-Catskill Humor...Cox's may be even hotter than Rice right

Race 5...while the 7-Colloquy will be well bet, he hasn't run this far yet...I like the 4-Jackson Heights who was bred to run all day

Race 7 hoping the 3- Portos stays anywhere near ml odds of 10-1...faced a saltier group at this level here at Sar just 3 weeks ago...good speed numbers and has faced much better

It's funny that you came up with the 7th Race because that's the only race I'm interested in today. My horse is the 5- Just Call Ray. He is a little light on figs but he ate a ton of dirt last out and that was a very strong group he faced. Gafflione should have him sitting in a good spot.

Race 6...the 5-Home for Christmas runs quite well at this distance, and has two wins and a 2nd here at the Spa...may float up from 8-1 and offer good value, even underneath...let the 7 take all the money
