Illini lost a ton at key positions. Toledo brings back a ton at key positions. Both had nice seasons last year.

Rutgers -6.5

Northwestern was terrible last year. They did nothing in the offseason to improve and they lost their coach. Rutgers may not be great but they should be able to win by more than a touchdown at home to Northwestern.

I was thinking the same thing and then the line looked like a trap. Everything out of NU has been bad news. They lost 11 straight last year. Now they are on the road in a season opener with a coach who has been able to build (college) programs.
