4-3-1 Penn State +4.5 at Ohio State seems like an outrageously inflated line for the #1 D in the nation going against an overrated OSU. |

Don’t get me wrong, I love the almost yearly beat down they get in the playoffs but they ain’t shit compared to Georgia or even Washington. |
