There is no minimal amount that would make me feel good about the Bears losing the top pick.

I just saw a mock draft that had the Bears passing on Drake Maye and other quarterbacks multiple times. It was from Patriots Wire so I'm sure there was no New England bias.

There's always an amount. Maybe you're a big shooter who has desperate pain and are willing to pay $500 to triple guarantee(+200 money line) a Panthers loss. Would 1K assuage your pain?
