It's not often that I'll go out and support Big Fan 100%, but he was right on every level in this thread. Cubs' fans have taken a pounding from Sox fans because they have their World Series victory, and the different strategies in rebuilding. The Sox have done it without purposely tanking, while the Cubs have been historically bad. So Big Fan lays out a bet, and no one offers up. Screw the excuses about odds and injuries. If you think your team is better at rebuilding, then put up or shut up. Let's be honest, it's the tallest midget award anyway.
