Great stuff Dr. Ken.

My only question is when are you going to have 312 player on to discuss Illini football?

"You sound like a gay".

Not really. Good job. Keep this up for at least 5 weeks.

Furiously masturbating to that cool voice.

I'd sit in for a show but my uh and um would not sound nearly as smooth as that production number.

That's exactly what I noticed. The Dr. didn't drop any uhs or ums. I would be doing that constantly. Not quite Boersian, but I'm sure my nerves would get to me a bit. Top notch work, Dr. Ken.

Dr. Ken and Speigel talking jazz for an hour would be heavenly

This was great. Looking forward to podcast #1. Thought the production was solid and I will keep my ears peeled for any drops I might hear while driving around.
Nice work and great first effort Doc.

It's amazing what 16 hours of nonstop editing can do.

When these things get to 30+ minutes, don't expect things to be this tight.

I always imagined Dr. Ken to sound more like the 55 year old southwest side child of Rose Marie.

He sounds more like a WTTW booth announcer.

But it sounds promising.

I worked at PBS for 3-1/2 years so it must have rubbed off.

When you edit a show with an old professor standing in a tweed jacket by a fake fireplace for 6 hours a week doing late-night old movie introductions, that cadence gets in your head and never leaves.

I could never be a co-host. That voice is too much to compete with. You should be on 98.7.

90 downloads on the first day. 10 states. Still waiting on the first international download. Pretty cool.

Thanks, all.

Got some pretty cool things in the works. Lined up a probable cohost for Ep1 on 12/4 or 12/5 release - expect beer and bowling discussion.

Also, some potential additional content for the network. Please keep your suggestions coming.

This could be pretty cool.

10 states? Brick, pittmike, chas, lipid, WI people, IL, and HawaiiYou. Where else?

I bowl on some national holidays, just saying.

Can we go to Raymes for a restaurant review?

People, like myself, get weird about getting too specific - so I was being general.

But, no Iowa, no New York.

1 from the Pacific Northwest seems to be the farthest at this point.

So you lie?

I've always wanted to go to Seattle. If you guys pay for trips, I will do a travel segment.

I'm sure I could make it out that way.

Get the pork tenderloin sandwich. The King-Size Cocktails could be a podcasting problem.

10 states. Just not the 10 I surmised that you were assuming.

Isn't BRick in NY and lipid in Iowa? They aren't represented on the stats of the states. But I do have 2 unspecified US.

Iowa and NY, to me, no offense, would qualify as unspecified US.

I think that Pacific Northwest one might be me, but there's nothing Pacific about North Dakota.

I thought TM was in New England.

Ah, those 6 years of total drunkenness are taking a toll.

Yours? Brick's? or TM's? Or were you all drunk? That explains a lot.

No, no North Dakota either.

I'm starting to question the veracity of these statistics.
