I was able to watch a majority of it and the golf early on during the front nine was outstanding and exciting. Matches going back and forth and
early it appeared that Europe was going to mount a comeback but it lost momentum and the US took control. It was very enjoyable and forgot
how much fun the Ryder Cup can be to watch. I think some of the screaming and histrionics was a bit ridiculous but I did feel the passion. Let's
be honest, it wasn't the Olympics but the Ryder Cup was pretty darn good television viewing.

It was so much better than the Olympics.

I was being slightly facetious, laying the bait for shakes to come in and tell us how much the Ryder Cup sucked and the Olympics were better.
Two totally different events. I don't remember following the Ryder Cup as closely as I had this one and it appeared to be well done. The course
lent itself to birdies but if you put yourself out of position you could struggle. The conditions looked great.

My sarcasm meter takes a while to warm up in the morning. At least until the first cup of coffee.

It may have needed an emoticon on my part. Oh well. Next U.S. held Ryder Cups at Whistling Straits and after that at Bethpage Black. Both should be good sites
for an event like this.

Caught a bit of this at the end, was good stuff...looked kinda warm, I would have thought Minnesota would be pretty damn chilly in October.

As exciting as Reed v. Rory was, that Phil v. Sergio match was as good as it gets.

Sour grapes but I am sure there was ample chiding and heckling of the Euros. I'll be interested to hear more about things that were
said and done during the week as they trickle out.

The fans were giving it to them because they ran their mouths. Maybe next time they won't poke the bear. Add Danny Willett to the list of Brits with sloppy vaginas.

For them to act like this don't happen on the other side of the pond is ludicrous.

Would really enjoy a team golf event some how with 4 or 8 person teams in the Olympics. A 3 or 4 round knock out tournament with a different format each round ending in head to head duals for the gold would be amazing.
