Congrats to Chus and the Fantasy Golf title this year. Looking forward to watching some of the Presidents Cup next weekend and
then I pretty much forget about PGA Tour golf until Hawaii.

Presidents Cup kicking off today with 5 foursomes matches... should be a good competition

Matsuyama/Schwartzel vs Fowler/Thomas

Scott/Vegas vs Johnson/Kuchar

Kim/Grillo vs Speith/Reed

Oosthuizen/Grace vs Koepka/Berger

Day/Leishman vs Kisner/Mickelson

I've lost so much interest in professional golf viewing. Didn't even go to the BMW this year.

Thanks for the ticket hookup! ;)

I love watching golf, however I have no real interest in the President's Cup

This is the last event that holds any interest for me until January and my wife is out of town so I will probably have it on for quite
a bit between football and baseball. Any particular reason for the loss of interest? I watched less this year than the year before
but admit to watching at least a little bit of almost every event. After my experience at the Masters this year I foresee the only
actual golf event that I'll have any interest in going to being the 2020 Ryder Cup at Whistling Straits.

I've tried to pinpoint a reason, but I think it's a combination of many. The way it's covered now, ironically, gives me a bad taste in my mouth. Which is why I mainly stick to covering golf equipment these days.

The way it is covered, as in oversaturation? Sometimes I feel that way when I tune into the Golf Channel and they are watching guys hitting balls
on the range with the Trackman. There are also sites like GolfWRX that really peel back the covers on equipment as well but I enjoy that kind of
stuff and getting peeks into bags and what is new and not on the market yet. One of the avenues that the PGA Tour is really exploiting and I am
getting a little tired of is on Facebook. They just have a lot of stuff out there with highlights and stuff like that which seems over the top to me, but it
is easy for me to not follow it as well.

USA off to a nice start. More Fourball action this afternoon. Very good chance I will get out of work a little early so I will probably
check this out. The Fowler/Thomas vs Oosthuizen/Grace match should be very entertaining.

So whats the point of even playing the singles matches tomorrow?

Happy the USA is winning, but what a shitshow of boring.

In his first tee shot of an official PGA TOUR event in 12 months, Tiger rips one way left. Standard operating procedure.

Tiger is all over the place today, Faldo is really giving it to him. I don't think these guys like that this tournament has turned into the Tiger Show.

When the CBS coverage started with Nantz in the booth, Faldo took a pretty good shot at Tony Romo about his need to make predictions.

Faldo hates Tiger. Always has.

Yeah Tiger was slicing and hooking it like an amateur out there with the driver. His short game was absolutely incredible, though.

I understand you're playing for a share of nearly $7 million dollars and that's a lot of pressure, but JB Holmes spent 5 minutes on the par 5 18th deciding between going for the pin in 2 and laying up, effectively icing his two playing partners, one of whom was tied for the lead.

That's just a bag move and incredibly unsportsmanlike, and to top it off he chunked his layup shot into the rough and took another couple of minutes lining up his attempt at an up and down. Nantz said the final group is on pace for a 6 hour round, that's just insane.

That's probably a better sign than the reverse. Despite all that he managed to back-door into his 250th Top 25 finish out of 323 career starts. Staggering.

The worst part is that he needed an eagle to get to a playoff, but then lays up after that wait. WTF? I guess he was just out to collect a check.

Yeah, and the crew had noted a handful of holes earlier as Holmes realized he would be in the hunt down the stretch began to take much, much longer to select and line up his shots. The 6 hour round for that group isn't all on him, of course, but icing Noren at a critical moment definitely is. I hope he gets penalized a few strokes and loses some dough.

The worst part is that if that final group had been able to play a round in a somewhat decent time frame, that sudden death playoff happens (and probably gets finished) on the national CBS broadcast, instead of early tune ins for the Grammys getting to see the entire broadcast crew and crowd deride a player for slow pacing at a key moment.

Just an awful look for the tour.

The wind certainly had an effect on the pace of play today, but Holmes was ridiculous on 18.
