I remember his game from last year's US Open.

He's got it all.

That was a fun afternoon of golf. Great round by Rahm, can't believe he is just 22 years old. So much talent out there on tour.

Was talking with my mom about this yesterday as she is a big golf fan. If you love to watch golf it is a great time, these young guys have all of the game and are not scared when they get there.

Early season PGA has some good tournaments too. The Cali and Florida swings are almost all solid tournaments with a big field, and the WM Phoenix Open is great viewing as well. The latter tournament isn't the best, but the 16th hole makes it fun to sit and watch. Kinda sucks that it has been falling on Super Bowl weekend though.

The field for the Phoenix Open this week is outstanding, I was shocked when I saw the names.

Tiger playing in Abu Dhabi this week. Looked abysmal in round 1. His new swing looks forced and rigid.

I watched Tiger's first swing of the day. Watching him swing and then stiffly walk away from the tee box I felt like I was watching myself in a mirror. As I've been saying for a while, he's 100% done. No one, I don't care who they are, can come back from 3 back surgeries and be a pro golfer.

Totally agree. I was on the fence before, but he's not showing any signs of capability at this point.

 I am awaiting Ugie's personal review of the Epic. I think he received one recently to try out.

Well, that didn't take long.

That sucks. Hopefully, Rory Mac is taking note.

The Brady/Woods prop bet should cash in the 2nd quarter.

As soon as I can make it out to McQ's or Cog, I'll be sure to post a review. It looks mighty nice, I will say that.

We have to get out and golf this season, Ugie. Even if its just 9 holes on a weeknight.

Going to the Tinley Park Golf Convention?

I'm down for that, for sure.

Probably not going to the convention this year. I find them to be more of a clusterfuck in recent years than anything else. There's nothing at those conventions that you can't see at your local PGA Superstore or Dick's.

Over-rated. This is just another tournament.

For 17 holes it is. The 16th hole is great. Cool to see the players and the crowd appreciate something different.

I get it. The crowd loves it. If I was walking the course, I would be at a different hole.

I enjoy the tournament because of the last 4 holes coming in. #17 is a great risk/reward hole. Number 18 is
not as tough as I would like but overall it is a fun tournament. Impressive how many people they get to come out
but at the same time it's almost too much.

I think it would be to much it is what repeated by another tournament, but for one tournament a year it is fine. If a player doesn't like it, he can plan his schedule different.

I would tend to agree, it is fun once a year. Don't think I would want to attend though and deal with those kind of crowds.
