93 at Gleneagles White on Saturday. Course was in very nice shape. Leaves were a huge problem as my buddy and I was spraying pretty good off the tee. Old school course with lots of trees and small greens so accuracy is a must. On the front 9 I had virtually none outside of an 8 iron to about 12' on a 155 yard par 3. Played much better on the back, shooting a 41 with three pars. Bladed two wedges that easily cost me 4, maybe 5 strokes. 3 putt bogey on the 18th which is pretty much my season in a nut shell. Highly doubt I will get out again this year for a full 18. Hoping for more playable tee shots and a better wedge game next year which should lead to more scores in the 80s.

The brother in law has setup a hitting net with a simulator in his garage. Been over there once already. Nice rig with monitor and ceiling is 10' 8". Plenty of room to swing the full set of clubs in the bag.

My plan is to only keep one of the Edels, I swear.

Mid-mallet vs. blade. I much prefer the sightline on the flange vs the topline, so the blade wins there. I may black out the sightline if I decide to keep the mid-mallet. $325 retail putters with superb build quality that I got for $99, so it's a fun and inexpensive experiment.
