Supposedly they were supposed to play in Vegas this past July 3rd.... I'd definitely check it out but I am a golf nut. I think it would be a lot more
interesting if they were putting up $10 million each of their own money.

Golic actually had a great idea this morning. The loser of this should have to caddie for the winner at the Par 3 Contest next year at Augusta.

Even if it is their own money, the one report I heard said it would be a skins game setup, not 'winner take all'. If it's skins, unless one of them gets completely dominated, the loser would probably "only" lose a few million.

Either way, I'll watch it.

Why would it be their money? Pro golfers don't put up their own money for the prizes.

am not going to pay to watch. Ridiculous cash grab. Apparently network TV will replay an edited version a few weeks later.

no one is spending money to watch this. I'd watch it if it was free, but wouldn't pay $5 to see it.

My guess is Phil and Tiger balked at using their own money to fund the prize so they are putting the bill on the consumer. Easy pass.
