At first I thought maybe the field would be incredibly small because some of the old timers wouldn't want to travel with Covid and everything. But if they're all going to be there for the Champions dinner, then why not have the contest even if you don't have patrons on the Par 3 course?

Reports Ive been seeing are saying that the course is running much firmer and faster than usual. Pretty sure they don’t want anyone close to that score DJ posted last year.

While I missed the Par 3 contest and saying hello to my dad, I did find it somewhat interesting to watch the practice round and seeing how guys try to dissect the course and the shots they were trying. Also interesting to see who was playing together.

I think this is Webb Simpson's year with a semi-surprise pick of Cameron Smith.

I have figured it out, it is Mark Wilson. My son has a golf ball signed by him and he my brother in law used to travel around on the Hooters Tour together.

Just watched the honorary starters. Too bad Elder couldn't hit

Have to wonder how many more times Jack will be able to swing it. Probably go to Tom Watson next?
