172 a couple days ago. Been eating vegetables from the garden and healthy cereal since I cannot taste anything due to COVID. I haven’t drank in a week either. I am usually 180-185.

199 at last Thursday's weigh-in, after returning from a cruise on which I gained just half a pound, which I was happy about. However I have yet to check the effects of this past weekend.
