It's better. Still seems weird they don't have wire to wire coverage on a network. It was quaint in the '80s when you could only see about 14 minutes of Masters action per weekend, but now it just seems silly.

I thought the same thing—guys his age just aren’t built like that. It’s tough to put on muscle, let alone look chiseled, at his age. Testosterone levels just naturally drop.

That said, muscle only helps on drives and shots out of the rough. You still need to chip and putt.

The best part of the masters.com featured group coverage is that its live. You don't get 15 different replays of Stewart Cink's hole in one and hugging his stupid kid. You don't get 2 minutes of Tiger's past Masters highlights that we've all seen a hundred times. It's just pure golf without the fluff.

i think thats why theyre letting him do it. obviously because of ratings too, but i dont think anyone will care if he wins. roids might help you focus better on puts or whatever, but for the most part it's still skill. and its not like barry bonds hitting 70 home runs... if tiger can only drive 400yds it wont allow him to win. he still needs to be good.

i think its a lot like NBA shooters. they dont juice for good reason. muscle memory matters more than strength. you cant inject muscle memory.
