Anyone going to be watching? Anyone even excited for it this year? I honestly am not as interested as I thought I would be. I think it is cool
that it will be on live in late primetime but I am usually asleep before 10pm so I am going to have to catch all of this on tape delay or highlights.
I think it is cool that it will be held in South Korea for the first time.

Here are the full rosters :

USA International
1 Jordan Spieth Jason Day
2 Bubba Watson Louis Oosthuizen
3 Jimmy Walker Adam Scott
4 Zach Johnson Hideki Matsuyama
5 Jim Furyk Branden Grace
6 Rickie Fowler Marc Leishman
7 Dustin Johnson Anirban Lahiri
8 Patrick Reed Charl Schwartzel
9 Matt Kuchar Thongchai Jaidee
10 Chris Kirk Danny Lee

Captain's Picks
11 Phil Mickelson Steven Bowditch
12 Bill Haas Sangmoon Bae

* * * Sorry the spacing is jacked up.

Yeah I will be watching if I know where to watch. Love the fact that part of it will be in prime time.

Cross out Furyk and add in JB Holmes.

I'll be watching. Just to see Spieth vs Day should be worth the price of admission.

Good catch, it was an old list after it was just announced.

Thanks for the heads up Hawg, I would've totally missed that whole time change thing.

Spanky, its called a DVR! Its not like you're gonna get President Cup scoring spoilers during the Hawks or Cubs game. As soon as those end you throw on the golf. Hell, you don't even need to DVR, just switch the channels, you're only gonna miss the first few holes so no big deal.

I saw the highlights this morning. Ho Hum. This just doesn't have the cache of the Ryder Cup yet. Maybe because the US dominates makes it a bit boring.

I watched it until almost midnight last night, Kuchar and Reed were awful, but the rest played very well. I think Zach Johnson learned a whole lot playing with Phil yesterday, but they won.

World team made it interesting last night according to the highlights. Still not sure what happened with the Mickelson match but he made a hell of an
eagle out of a fairway bunker. Reminds me of this story that happened a long time ago. Don't make Phil mad....

It is a moment generally lost in the years of greatness that followed, but is worth recalling here, the lesson that Arizona State's Phil Mickelson gave a college rival, Arizona's Manny Zerman, in the All American Collegiate in 1991.

Mickelson wanted a drop from what he said was a plugged lie in the mud, 50 yards from the green. Zerman would not allow him to take one, so Mickelson holed his next shot for eagle.

"The next time he wants a drop," Zerman's coach said to him, "give it to him."

T-bone, here is a better understanding, I am shocked that Phil didn't know the 1 ball rule. That's just stupid.

I'm surprised he would have different balls in his bag but I guess that could happen

Well that was a lot closer than I would have expected. I watched a bit of the replay yesterday after the football.

Ended up being a fantastic tournament, much better than an Ryder Cup in recent memory (unless you are a Euro fan).

Felt bad for Bae after he blew that chip, but he wouldn't have been in that position if Lahiri didn't miss a 2 footer. But, then again Lahiri wouldn't have been in that spot if Bubba didn't miss the same 2 footer an hour earlier.

Was disappointed by teh poor play of Day, but its understandable given the mental focus he had from the British till the second to last weekend of the PGA tour. Conn Smythe of the tournament has to go to a Grace despite being on the losing team. 5-0 and he beat up anyone the US put in front of him. Him and Louie were undefeated as a team and played in every session.

Zach was MVP of the USA.

I know Scott won yesterday, but I thought it was really selfish of him to switch to the short putter for this tournament. He obviously prefers the long putter and its not illegal yet so using this tournament as a chance to practice with the short putter seemed extremely inconsiderate to his teammates. And up until Sunday he missed a lot of putts, like basically all of them.

Nice to see Haas get the winning point.
