I weighed in at my all time high after my vacation last week. Started at 260 and weighed in at 255.5 this morning. I'd like to get down to 225 and in a
perfect world maybe 215. Short term goal is 240 before I go on my honeymoon in 7 weeks.

Goal 1: 205 by end of Jan.

Goal 2: 195-200 by the end of Feb.

Goal 3: Never go above 205 again.

Trying to incorporate more water, fruits, and salads. Let's see how this goes. Good luck everyone.

Wrong thread. This is a thread for slightly above average goals. You need to be the excellence thread, reaching ever higher and shooting for greatness.

You can't want to be 155. Aren't you like 6'2"?

SUSAN: You know, I really like those new jeans Jerry was wearing. He's really thin.

GEORGE: Not as thin as you think.

SUSAN: Why? He's a 31. I saw the tag on the back.

GEORGE: The tag, huh?

SUSAN: Mmm-hmm.

GEORGE: Let me tell you something about that tag. It's no 31, and uh...let's just leave it at that.

SUSAN: What are you talking about?

GEORGE: He scratches off a 32 and he puts in 31.

SUSAN: Oh, how could he be so vain?

GEORGE: Well, this is the Jerry Seinfeld that only I know. I can't believe I just told you that.

251.5 this morning so 4 lbs in the last week. Really curbed the snacking and laying off the unnecessary carbs.
Got to the gym 3 times which I know that I can improve this week.

At one point in 2015 I was down 50lbs. I ended the year down 40lbs.

Have to get refocused. Need to relose that 10lbs and then lose another 25lbs.

I went from a 38 to a 32 (probably less as I like a little 'hang') but I kept a pair of my old jeans to remind me, to keep me focused.

That is pretty awesome. I don't think I have seen size 32 jeans since I was 16.

So I have a company banquet in 3 weeks....I was 219.0 yesterday morning, trying to get to 205 by 2/5.

I drank a couple of gallons of water over the weekend to begin the process and flush myself out, and I was taken aback when I realized that a gallon of water is a little over 8 lbs. Much to my surprise, after drinking the water and pissing like a racehorse throughout the weekend, I lost a few lbs. I guess that's why they say drinking tons of water is important to a diet.

I am looking for a "due date" of May 31st for goal and September 30th for stretch goal.

Still hovering around 215. Begun to get in a good exercise groove and pickier in my eating. February will be make/break month. If I can melt 5 in the worst month of the year then another 15-20 will be peanuts once spring starts.
