When you use that many strokes to complete a round, does it really matter if you count them all?

Don't they all?

Just see that you capitalize the next time, Mr. Styles.

If so, that would be a bit weird.

I wouldn't get too worried until he writes "HI REASON! :D " ...

I stopped paying attention to this discussion when Chus referred to bowling as a sport.

a contest or game in which people do certain physical activities according to a specific set of rules and compete against each other

Thanks for playing.

Sorry Chus, but when your toughest strategic decision is nachos or pizza it's not a sport.

Figuring out the oil pattern is the toughest thing. Selecting a beer is second. Who orders nachos form a bowling alley?

I guess baseball isn't a sport, since Pablo Sandoval is fat.

Got my MRI results back. Torn labrum. Seeing doc next monday to find out plan of attack. Hoping its just something that can be fixed with PT, but preparing for the worst given what I've read online.

Neither golf or bowling are sports.

I doubt it. A few years back, I had rotator cuff tendonitis and bursitis in my right shoulder. The pain was so bad, I couldn't lift my son out of his crib, or participate in the #Glorious sport of bowling. I did the PT thing. It felt great during, and just after each session. But, by morning all of the pain had returned. My MD then sent me to an Orthopedist, who gave me a cortisone shot, right in the back of my right shoulder. My whole arm was numb for three days, but then the pain was gone, and has not returned.

I'm sorry that you guys want to argue with a dictionary.

It's a low impact sport, that fat guys and old guys can play. No CTE = winning.

You guys should take a look at some of the old fat guys who play (and might be awesome) at racquetball. They make some recreational golfers and bowlers look like an Adonis.

Got out and hit two buckets of balls Saturday morning. Hard to get a good feel for the new irons
With a 2-3 club wind howling into my face but the irons felt sweet and the new Crossover is going to be used to hammer the ball. Only think I didn't care for about that club is the metal ting sound it
Makes when hitting the ball but that is nit picky stuff.

We've done this almost as many times as we've done the Favorite TV/Movie characters thread. Baseball, golf, bowling...all sports.

Getting out today at 10:30! Will still be a bit chilly on the front nine, but should be great for the back.

How did it go, Franky? Any snow or mud to contend with?

I thought about giving 9 holes a go today, but it's just too damn windy.
