I actually had to turn the dial on that one, when usually I will just go with the flow and power through stuff that is uninteresting to me. Holmes was really giving it the full treatment though.

that's like when I turn on NBA radio at lunch and once a week they do an hour segment called "Forward Progress". I call it, "race to see how fast I can push the button"

if its their decision to elevate voices, there are several other sports the could use the help and would actually draw a crowd. How about covering high school sports? College football is virtually invisible at the station.

There's a guy on Instagram I see once in awhile on my feed who recreates really bad walks and carries juxtaposed with the actual footage and it is hilarious. Especially the comment section with all the NBA fans.

That isn't my experience. I'm going to make some generalizations based upon women with whom I have worked. It's admittedly a relatively small sample.

I would say that Boomer women are "fake competitive" because they believe the way forward in business is to "act like men." That turns out with them acting the way they think men act and turns them into caricatures of the worst co-workers you have ever had.

Gen-X women just shut the fuck up and do the work like normal people.

Millennial women come off as more confident and comfortable in the business world than those older generations. And why wouldn't they?

I've been in recovery from surgery for most of the day, and it has reinforced my long-held belief that nurses are literal angels on earth.

How long are you in hospital for stomach staple surgery? I assume this is what she is in for.
