That was the only real shame of Rogue One ... you've got Red and Gold squadrons in there for fan service, why not have Porkins be there kicking ass and taking names so he can save face from just going out like a bitch in ANH.

I was thinking about Porkins myself while watching the Rebel Squadrons in Rogue 1 as well. Would've been awesome to see a young Porkins

I lived in the KC area for 4 years. Loved every minute of it. KC is a great town. WAY WAY WAY better than St Louis.

I haven't been to Kansas City yet but I believe you. It doesn't seem to be weird and gross like St. Louis.

Still, I have a feeling this guy is gonna try to impress Senor right out of the gate by talking about how he, the New Trier/Syracuse man, had to trek out to the frontier to civilize the natives and teach them how to think, but now he's back, and as much as they learned from him...he learned a lot himself.

unless you like BBQ I have no idea what else KC offers. A scenic 50 mile drive out to the airport? Wind?

Stop drinking on the Metra Hatchet.

It's a 15 mile drive by the way. Unless you fly into the downtown airport. Btw, the best TSA experience ever other than Lincoln, NE.

It's a hilarious rivalry of two towns that are very similar. I would give a slight edge to St. Louis, only because it's much closer to Chicago. I would rate the night life in either as on par with downtown Naperville.

St. Louis and KC are not similar at all. I wouldn't mind living in Kansas City. I don't even want to visit St. Louis again.

Exactly. St Louis is an armpit that desperately wants to be Chicago...but will never even be close to it. KC is its own place. It has a lot of the benefits of a big city, but has a different feel that most big cities.

So you lived in Missouri now and are an expert on this as well?

You don't have to live somewhere to compare two cities. I've been to both multiple times. St Louis sucks. Kansas City doesn't.

You see that place?
Do you see the sign, "Rib Tips"?
Well, fuck that, you don't want to go that way.

I wonder if these guys know The Commodores?
