I've thought this for a while, but have no data to support my viewpoint. Wasn't he a scout under Angelo? Didn't most of Angelo's drafts fail, ultimately resulting in his firing?

Who did Gabriel ever identify as a "sleeper" pick? If it was Urlacher or some other great player, I stand corrected. (Although if he found just one guy then that is more of a "blind squirrel" contribution). But I'm not sure he's a great evaluator of talent, else he'd still be an NFL employee versus a WSCR contributor.

That is a pretty controversial tweet by Gabriel. To my knowledge, the entire station outside has the same opinion on all social and political positions.

When this topic came up last week, Bernstein asked why Jemele Hill's comments were even controversial since it was a fact, etc. Goff just mumbled his agreement, etc.

Reddit/Twitter had fun with a week 4 bears tweet Greg Gabriel tweeted earlier this year.... which apparently he deleted...

He's right. We all get things wrong. MANY of the gotcha folks don't have the guts to have an opinion about anything.

It’s also such a specific, snarky comment that of course it would and should be made fun of. As Nas said, we all make predictions that turn out to be wrong. Just take it rather than whine about it.

For some strange reason Julie was supposed to do a Score NFL draft show with Greg Gabriel. Of course she calls off sick. So Les fills in. Needless to say it was pure magic. Les got pranked all night with obscene calls, and references to porn stars being passed as draftees.
