Has anyone heard his attempts at reading the news on WGN radio? I don't think I have ever heard him complete one of his relatively brief newscasts without messing up, often quite badly. It's not like he just misspeaks once in a while, which would be understandable, and I only hear them, or just parts of them, a few times a week so this most likely happens day in and day out. For those of you who remember Kerry Sayers' remarkably bad updates on Mac and Spiegel, he makes those seem nearly flawless. I don't understand how he can keep a job in radio, let alone in a market as large as Chicago. |

During the 2016 primaries I heard him attempt to pronounce "Reince Priebus." It took him four tries, and one of the attempts sounded like "Ryans Privates." The difference between he and, for example, Steve Bertrand is night and day. |
