I guess I havent seen much of it to form an opinion yet.

But seems like a nice concept. I dont think it's gonna work though. Seems like a Sportscenter highlights show for the Chicago area. I dont think Chicago cares about anything outside Chicago. Too provincial.

Also, how did Dan Roan sign up for this? He's gotta be close to retiring, and theyre making him work even harder? Seems weird to me. SHoulda been Payton and somebody else younger, like that Lauren chick or whatever her name is.

I mean I like Roan, but adding this to his Instant Replay just seems like he will be overloaded.

Back to the show itself, I think it might work if it was more of a show like Rob Goldstein's Sportsnite show or something. You know, a live talk show and stuff about mainly Chicago shit.

ths Jarrett Payton seems useless.

He has this HUGE smile, he's always smiling at everything. Everything that Roan says.

Roan basically leads the way and Payton sort of just smiles along the whole way.

Anyway, I feel like I've heard of him before but cant place him. He has a couple football jerseys in the background.

Which teams did he play for? Was he an Illini?

He's Walter Payton's son. That's all you need to know. He can have a job for life. However, he played for The U and made the NFL for a year so he does have some background in football

Stories like his fly in the face of the thinking of the travel league parents out there. The guy played soccer until junior year of high school. He picked up football as a junior and immediately became a great player, good enough to earn a scholarship to a top program. It's not like his path is unique
