Towards the tail end of the HFC....there was one show where Dan and Terry were discussing a list of adult film titles....
"Driving Miss Daisy...
...
...
Into the Headboard"

That one still cracks me up.

I think I heard the same show, where Terry added, "Snatch Adams."

I remember the HFC used to read news stories and rip on people. There was one about someone too fat to fit into a seat to watch one of the Jurassic Park movies. And I believe it was Danny Mac saying that you should wheel her into the aisle because you know she is going to eat a ticket's worth of Snowcaps. Terry said something about asking is she was starring in the movie.

I have 4 cassettes of Transitions and when I find time to learn how to transfer them onto the Internet—I was absent the day they taught Computer Science at Western Illinois University—I’d love to post them here.

Run a 3.5mm cord from the line-out on your tape player to the line-in on your computer (there should be a little picture of a microphone), download Audacity, and press the respective play and record buttons.

Have fond memories of WIU, learned a lot about drinking and there were numerous opportunities for a young Clawmaster to interact with young ladies from central Illinois.

You would think it is a parody but that is pure North in all his anachronistic splendor.

Please give us a heads-up if/when you get it all figured out - I'd love to listen to that again. With alcohol. Thanks in advance for (hopefully) sharing!

Circa 1995, Terry Bevington is introduced as your new White Sox Manager...the very first call taken, the listener astutely observed "I don't think he'll ever have the nickname "The Professor".

I learned a lot of the Silver Age of porn from listening to the HFC. I recall Mac lamenting that Raquel Darrian never did a scene with Peter North. And when Mac returned to the Score the first time, he made it a point to tell us the that Peter North still had his fastball.

Funniest porn title they alluded was Bust a Nut in Grandma's Butt. Family programming.

HAHA!!! You and me both, only without the alcohol; I was one of the few “straight edge” students at Western (or Wastern)
