Tony Gill seems the most mature of him ,Goff and Larry. Maybe because he spent less time at the unprofessional Score that NBCS Chicago could mold him. Goff has had a chip since he went to Atlanta made a fool of himself and the Score rewarded him with a show instead of making him work his way back up.

Too late, I already got it.

Apparently being a pre/post game host for NBCSN Chicago doesn't pay enough to afford a Range Rover unless you happen to be an ex-athlete.

I am as well but if I'm his boss at CSN/NBC, I'm embarrassed. What the fuck is Goff doing doxxing some random person on the internet who said his podcast sucks? Not a good look.

1. Lose the cocky, arrogant attitude. I understand it when you're in your 20s and early 30s. But he's been humbled a few times by being fired. So he should have learned this lesson. Everybody thought it was cute when you were the kid spewing nonsense as a producer. We don't think you're that kid anymore. Because you're not.

2. Although whitey sucks, realize that they are a big part of your audience. So just blast us at private parties. We deserve it. I don't mind it. But hitting the "dumb ass cracker" button for years turned off a lot of the "Trump whites". I liked the "dumb ass cracker" drop. Especially when he did it at the Favre press conference. But not all whites are like me. I have been "woke" and "evolved" before this became popular. I've always been a self hating white.

3. Let people talk. Don't dominate all conversations!!!!

That’s mostly how I feel still. Replace the insecurity and fake confidence with an actual measure of real confidence and he would be pretty good at all his media related endeavors.
