I was sober when I got behind the wheel, for the record. Their discussion was just so blatant it warranted mention, in my mind, because I think a 50,000 Watt station blasting its signal over airwaves owned by the public should probably keep a tighter lid on discussing the wanton consumption of illicit substances, no matter the varied and valid arguments for its legalization.

Pot isn't legal for non-medical consumption and possession where the signal originates, nor in any territory immediately surrounding the listenable signal during the daytime, and I think that should pretty much prevent the station from allowing one host to discuss a pact they had with a friend to consume the illegal substance by a certain age, and the other to chime in with the explicit manner in which she would like to consume the illegal substance.

And yes, I dislike it when S&P discuss the same thing, they at least have the good graces to be more obscure in their references instead of giving their recipe for edibles.
