References to the Patrick Kane rape investigation have come up from time to time and both Bernstein and Julie continue to make comments about his involvement, etc, sort of subtle comments. Kane may be a complete douchebag and maybe a very bad person, but clinging to a rape allegation with no evidence is completely wrong.

A few years later, is there any evidence he did rape or physically assault this person OR is this pretty open/shut that the women made false accusations with no scientific evidence to support things?

It's not as open and shut as D-Rose's accuser texting a friend about what she's going to do with the judgement money from Derrick, but the crazy mom faking the rape kit, the girl's attorney dropping her, and the soon-to-be-appointed SCONY justice saying at one point he's investigating charges to be filed against the accuser/her mom, gets it about right there.

When the mom planted the evidence it was clear to anybody with a brain that the Kane rape allegations were a lie.

Says not needed but you can. I think it's because you are using too in place of also. I'm a horrible writer so I pay little attention to that stuff. I'm run on sentencey and sentence ends in prepositions. I write how I speak.

For the record, when I read this, I read it in a looowwww voice in my head, these are very serious topics being discussed...
