The guy talked off and for years about wanting to work in a rock and roll format.

He walks away from two offers from his former bosses to fulfill a dream. And to get paid six figures for doing so.

It's a story that would make a great movie.

Talk about "living a dream, don't wake me." He's what most people want to be but lack the ability or backbone to actually do it.
